Code of Conduct

By registering for EPC 2026, all participants and attendees have taken notice of and will respect the Code of Conduct of EAPS.

Recording Policy

By registering for EPC 2026, all participants and attendees understand and agree that their name and image may be used by EAPS for scientific and promotional purposes.

Opening Ceremony/Welcome Reception

For safety reasons, attendance at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception is limited to 750 persons. 

Refunds

Please note that there will be no refunds of registration or other costs made for the European Population Conference 2026.
