Postercafé

During EPC 2022 all posters can be visited in the online platform Gather.Town. This virtual platform allows for interaction with other conference participants.

EPC 2022 is the first hybrid European Population Conference. The posters can be visited in Gather.Town during the entire conference. There are three poster rooms that are organized by topic. You can find the floor plan of all rooms here to see where to find which poster. Direct interaction with the online poster presenters will take place during the EPC Postercafé on Thursday 30 June from 17.45 – 19.15.

The Postercafé will kick off with short pitches of the Poster Award winners. Online participants can watch these pitches and visit the posters in Gather.Town. Onsite participants can watch the poster pitches live on a screen in the cafeteria of the Heymans building where drinks and snacks are provided. After the pitches, they can also enter Gather.Town to visit all the posters and interact with the presenters. 

All EPC 2022 participants can access Gather.Town on their laptop or phone using the designated link in the EPC 2022 program. 

Note: onsite participants can leave their laptops in the guarded luggage room during the day if they wish.
