The Knowledge Network on Population Decline inNorthern Netherlands disseminates knowledge,encourages research and organizes network meetings(Krimpcafés) on demographic change and theconsequences for services, housing, economy andpolicy. The Network is organized by the HanzeUniversity of Applied Sciences and the RUG Universityof Groningen, and financed by the northern authorities.
